In order to organize a return under these terms and conditions, You must notify us within 7 days of taking delivery of Your Product and request a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) under this Policy.

To qualify to return an item under this Policy, Products must be in their original packaging, along with all included accessories, and must not be damaged in any way by You during the time the Product is in Your possession. In case of license/product key related products, the License/Product Key must not have been used by you.

The Product is deemed to be in Your possession until the Product is received by Us pursuant to this Policy.
Refund provided will be equal to the price of the Product being returned.

Refund: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a full refund (Returns must be unused, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging). The order must be return posted (Please keep the postal slip with you as proof of postal date) within 30 days from the receipt of your order. All we ask is that you send the items back to us in the original packaging, make sure that the merchandise is in the same condition and that it is return posted within 30 days from receipt of your order. The return address and the RMA can be obtained by contacting our customer services team on the details mentioned below.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. As part of our 30-day return policy, all returns will need to be received and processed by our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of your order.
